So do you think that the Batla house encounter was fake? I am sharing my views and not driven by any political compulsion. The Batla encounter case a deliberate terrorist attempt to target our youth?
The AAP - Aam Aadmi Party boss Arvind Kejriwal's 'नफरत की राजनीति नहीं प्यार की राजनीति" theory goes perfectly with his support regarding the fake Batla house encounter. Senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan also supports Kejriwal's views on time and again.
Shahzad Ahmed, the convict a victim of circumstances and situations?
We do not have specific answers for these questions as of now. A Delhi session’s court’s decision on the Batla house encounter on Monday can have long term ramifications and deep divisive politics going in. With due respect to the judiciary the sentence and its observations, in my opinion I feel that the entire episode ‘could’ possibly be a deliberate strategy, a decoy method to target youth (muslim) by terrorist groups. It’s a strategy where facts are camouflaged; twisted and facts are turned in the name of religion and hidden agenda by terror groups. Shahzad Ahmed was a victim of several factors that went against him and it’s would be unfair to blame him completely. I truly feel bad for the Delhi police personnel who have lost their lives, they are too fighting for justice, but here again a bigger malaise lie in self-defence tactics police observe (no bullet proof jackets). From filing a chargesheet in 2010 against Shahzad (September 2008, Batla House) by the Delhi police to the conviction by Additional Sessions Judge Rajender Kumar Shastri pronouncement on July 29th the family of Shahzad Ahmed- the lone accused (captured and another Junaid absconding till date) can possibly appeal to the higher courts and challenge the decision to take it in the higher courts.Peace and harmony should be maintained in all orders, no matter what the visionary judiciary observes.
